At Bubba Gump, “Food is the Hero.” The menu offers an assortment of delicious seafood items including the Shrimp Po’ Boy sandwich, Stuffed Shrimp, Bourbon Mahi Mahi and variety of unique Fresh Fish selections, as well as a number of non-seafood alternatives such as Dixie Style Baby Back Ribs and the Organic Pear and Berry Salad. Bubba Gump’s appetizers, sandwiches, salads and entrées are complemented by homemade-style desserts, speckled lemonades, smoothies and specialty alcoholic beverages like the Lava Flow piña colada. The Company has implemented strict quality control practices and customers have responded by rating Bubba Gump’s food well above competitors’ offerings. Bubba Gump offers a consistent dining experience in a casual setting and recognizes that patrons are engaging in various activities and want to dine where they feel comfortable. Because of this, restaurants are often located in high-traffic, unique destinations with one-of-a-kind views, such as Pier 39 – San Francisco, Lahaina – Maui, Santa Monica Pier – California, Cancun – Mexico, Times Square – New York, Tokyo Dome — Tokyo, Universal City Walk Orlando — Florida, and Victoria’s Peak, Hong Kong. The Bubba Gump staff is trained to create a relaxed atmosphere by engaging the customer and developing a casual rapport that begins upon entry into the restaurant. Guests are greeted with an informal but polite greeting of “Hi, how are you?”
Family
Bubba Gump appeals to families by providing great food from a broad menu at a great value in a family-friendly environment. While Bubba Gump appeals to customers across a wide age demographic, we believe that children play a key role in a family’s dining decision, and as such each restaurant is designed to be kid-friendly. The interior of each restaurant has a casual, fun atmosphere for children and Bubba Gump’s menu addresses traditional children’s favorites by offering kid’s menu items such as the Bus Bench Burger and the Ping Pong Pepperoni Pizza.
Diners without children are drawn in by a broad menu that offers not only seafood but also many non-seafood alternatives, thus overcoming the “veto vote” that often impacts other seafood concept operators. Fun
