Please Note: Gump Gear Merchandise, Seafood Deliveries & Gift Card orders are entirely separate shipping rates & delivery methods. For multiple location & crossover category orders, each order may be shipped from different locations and incur multiple shipping costs. Credit cards only. We accept American Express, Visa/MasterCard, or Discover card.
- An additional $20.00 charge will be added to the normal shipping rates for all International orders.
- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for International delivery.
- All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. We send all our orders out Federal Express Saver. Transit times vary by location, but once shipped most packages reach their final destination within 3-5 business days.

Now accepting International retail orders by phone, fax or email. Multiple orders from different locations will result in extra shipping fees. Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will incur an $8.00 charge in addition to regular shipping charges.
- Seafood orders received Monday — Thursday before 12 noon EST, will be packed and shipped the same day for next day delivery to your doorstep. Orders placed on Friday before 12 noon EST can be delivered on Saturday by indicating Saturday delivery when you check out your shopping cart.
- A flat fee of $15.00 will be added to your invoice for Saturday Priority delivery.
- All other orders placed after 12 noon EST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday, or Sunday will be packed and shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- All non-perishable seafood merchandise will be shipped FedEx Express Saver and will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive your order in approximately 3-5 business days.

- Gift Card orders are sent free of charge by regular USPS within the continental U.S.
- Extra charges will apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally.
- We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date if Gift Cards are shipped via the free USPS option.
- For added security each order shipped via FedEx requires a signature when delivered - we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes (this only applies to packages shipped via Federal Express). Gift Card orders will be shipped the next day after purchase.

When you receive your Gift Card, it’s already active and ready to use on-line or at any Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants nationwide.
Redeemable on-line or in any U.S Bubba Gump restaurant locations for seafood or merchandise purchases only. Not redeemable for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining card balance. Not a credit or debit card. Check gift card balance on-line or at any U.S. Bubba Gump locations. Must have card number available. Receipt will show remaining balance. No expiration date.
