2023/24 NEW YEAR’S EVE TICKET INFORMATION!

Listed below is the important information you will need to know before finalizing your plans with us for the 2024 New Year’s Eve Celebration! We look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the cost of this event?

-The all-inclusive ticket cost is $1015.00 per person. There will be no additional items for purchase or any upgrades available for this event. All event details listed are included in this price.

-ONCE TICKETS ARE CONFIRMED AS PURCHASED THERE CAN BE NO RE-SALE OR REFUND OF TICKETS. ALL GUEST NAMES MUST MATCH THOSE GIVEN TO THE BUBBA GUMP SHRIMP CO. AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

What is included with the ticket?

-Your NYE Event ticket will include:

Passed and stationed hors d’oeuvres, dinner buffet featuring both seafood and non-seafood options, premium open bar featuring our signature specialty drinks, champagne bar and toast at mid-night, party hats and favors, DJ and entertainment, gift bag, and much, much more! Please speak to Becky McCreight in our Sales Department for more details.

Is there an age limit? -YES, all guests MUST be 18 years of age and older. We will check ID’s of EVERY guest upon entry to the event. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted entry.

Can I see the ball drop?

A live view of the ball drop is not guaranteed.

Where and when can we pick up tickets? Will you mail tickets?

-Due to security precautions taken in conjunction with the NYPD, no tickets for this event can or will be mailed to any guests.

-You MUST pick up your tickets, security passes and event information in person at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. New York located at 1501 Broadway between 43rd and 44th Streets.

-You may only pick up your tickets on the following dates & times:

  • Thursday, December 28th – 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Friday, December 29th – 9:00am – 11:00am OR 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Saturday, December 30th – 9:00am – 11:00am OR 3:00pm – 6:00pm

- YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PICK UP TICKETS ANY TIME BEFORE OR AFTER THESE DATES UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT!

- Please bring Photo ID and ticket confirmation email listing your ticket codes and guest names with you to ticket pick up.

-Due to security procedures in Times Square on the 31st each guest must possess their individual ticket, government issued ID and security pass to be granted entry on the night of the event.

What time does the celebration start? What time can I arrive?

-The party will begin at 9:00pm and will last until 2:00am.

-Please do not arrive to the designated meeting area before 9:00pm as access to the event is restricted until that time.

-Each guest will be escorted from the designated meeting point by a Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. employee. You will receive your assigned meeting point designation at ticket pick-up. You must have your tickets, ID and security pass with you to be admitted.

Can my group or I reserve a table by a window?

-In order to maximize our observation areas throughout our venue there will be NO reserved tables or seating for this event. We remove all tables along the windows so no window seating is available. We will still have tables and booths available in other parts of the restaurant for everyone to share & mingle! Please note there is NO COAT CHECK at this event. Also

note you may be asked to share a table or booth with another person or couple to ensure seating for all guests.

Is there a dress code?

-No, but we recommend New Year’s Eve party festive attire.

No sneakers please!

What is the refund policy?

-THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE EVENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! No refunds will be given so please plan carefully.
